As we kick off National Suicide Prevention Week, join us to hear Dan Adams from Sources of Strength. Sources of Strength’s upstream approach to suicide prevention is based on “hope, help, strength, not sad, shock, trauma.” Whether you are struggling yourself, or are a parent, teacher, youth leader, or loving friend, there is something meaningful for you in this positive and honest conversation.

If you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide, please call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
