Survivors of Suicide Loss Day
Saturday, November 23, 2019, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Losing a loved one to suicide is a most devastating loss, leaving families, friends, and communities in great need of comfort, hope and healing. On Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 9:00-11:00am, Saddleback Church and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) will co-host an event in honor of International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day. This gathering is for all who have lost someone to suicide, whether the loss is recent or in the past.
Kay Warren, cofounder of Saddleback Church, and representatives from AFSP will be presenting during the event. We will be showing a short film that will help us discover healing and resilience in the aftermath of a suicide loss.
