If you have a child of any age who lives with serious mental illness, I invite you to join me at “BREATHE: A Restorative Weekend for Mothers of Children with Mental Illness” November 1-3, 2019 at Rancho Capistrano Retreat Center. This gentle 2 1/2 day retreat will focus on spiritual, emotional and physical ways to renew and replenish your soul and spirit through the beauty of nature, music, individual and communal time, deep conversations with other moms, personal counseling (if desired), practical workshops and a selection of optional paid activities (equine therapy, art therapy, and yoga).

 

Two nights’ accommodation ($349 for single occupancy; $299 for double occupancy) and five delicious meals and snacks are included in the registration fee. Space is limited.
